By engaging with services offered through saudaleidi.com, including consulting, speaking engagements, or expeditions led by Saud Al Eidi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms. Please contact us via info@saudaleidi.com for any inquiries before proceeding.

1. Nature of Services

  • Consulting services involve strategic advisory, tourism development planning, and destination design under Saud Al Eidi’s guidance.

  • Speaking engagements include keynote speeches, workshops, and storytelling presentations on adventure tourism and sustainability.

  • Expeditions are professional mountain or outdoor trips personally led by Saud Al Eidi, offering immersive adventure experiences.

2. Booking Confirmation & Requirements

  • Confirmations are binding upon receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment.

  • For excursions, Saud Al Eidi reserves the right to decline participation if a client does not meet necessary experience, health, or safety criteria.

3. Liability & Risk

  • Participants assume full responsibility for personal risk associated with expeditions, including injury, illness, or equipment loss.

  • Saud Al Eidi is not liable for actions by third-party providers (e.g., transport, accommodations, local guides), nor for personal arrangements outside the agreed services.

4. Pricing & Changes

  • Fees are based on information provided at booking and may change until full payment is received.

  • Prices do not include travel insurance, flights, visa fees, personal gear, or optional extras unless specified.

5. Health & Safety

  • It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant health and fitness conditions.

  • For physical trips, appropriate fitness and medical clearance may be required. Poor health disclosure may result in cancellation without refund.

6. Compliance & Behavior

  • Participants must follow instructions from Saud Al Eidi or designated leaders and adhere to local laws, customs, and environmental guidelines.

  • Non-compliance may lead to removal from the program without financial reimbursement.

7. Cancellation Policies

By Saud Al Eidi

  • Services may be cancelled due to low enrollment, environmental conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. A full refund or credit will be offered.

  • Saud Al Eidi is not responsible for costs incurred outside his services resulting from cancellations.

By You (Client)

  • Consulting or Speaking: Cancellations more than 30 days prior receive full refund minus any administrative fees; within 30 days, a partial or no refund may apply depending on customization and preparation.

  • Expeditions:

    • >30 days before departure: Full refund minus non-refundable deposits

    • 15–30 days: 50% refund

    • <15 days or no‑show: No refund

8. Final Payment Terms

  • A deposit (usually 50%) is required to confirm services. Remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the scheduled service date.

  • Expeditions booked within 7 days of departure require full payment at time of booking.

9. Use of Media

  • Clients consent to the use of photographs or video taken during services for promotional purposes without compensation or specific attribution.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal information is used only to deliver contracted services and manage your bookings.

  • Data is shared with trusted third parties only as necessary and never sold.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be settled in Saudi Arabian courts.
